This covers what we collect when you apply to tutor or freelance with Our Easy Game, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted. It's written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
Our Easy Game is a tutoring marketplace operated by OEG. This site, oureasygame.co, is our portal for tutors and freelancers who want to work with us. Our student-facing site is oureasygame.com.
For anything in this policy, reach us at support@oureasygame.com or on WhatsApp at +961 71 091 353.
Only what the application form asks for, plus a small amount of technical information about how you reached us.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your date of birth, government ID numbers, bank details or payment information as part of an application. Payout details are only set up inside the app after you're approved.
Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, ours is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in assessing applications to our own marketplace.
Your transcripts are never shown to students. They exist for one reason: so a human on our team can confirm your degree and grades. Students only ever see your first name and initial, your rating, jobs completed, completion rate and your verified badges.
If you'd rather not upload documents through the website, the application form lets you submit without them and send them to us on WhatsApp instead. Your application isn't reviewed until they arrive, but the choice of channel is yours.
We accept unofficial transcripts. We don't need certified translations. We don't contact your university without telling you first.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising. It's handled by our own team and by a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf:
These providers are permitted to use your information only to deliver their service to us. Some of them operate outside your country, which means your data may be transferred and stored elsewhere. Where that happens we rely on the provider's standard data-protection commitments.
One thing to be aware of. If you email or message us documents directly rather than using the form, that copy also sits in our inbox or chat history until we delete it. Ask us to remove it and we will.
A draft of your application is also saved in your own browser as you fill the form in, so you can close the tab and come back. That copy never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data or pressing "Start over" removes it.
Whatever country you're in, we'll honour all of these:
Email support@oureasygame.com or reply to our confirmation message. We aim to respond within 30 days, and we won't charge you. If you're in the EU or UK and unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data-protection authority.
This site is deliberately light on cookies.
You can change your choice at any time using the cookie link in the footer, or clear cookies in your browser settings.
The site is served over HTTPS, and uploaded documents are stored in non-public locations accessible only to the people reviewing applications. Access is limited to team members who need it.
No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. If we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we'll tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.
If we change anything significant we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the change materially affects applicants — for instance a new category of data — we'll say so directly rather than quietly editing the text.
Email support@oureasygame.com, or WhatsApp +961 71 091 353. A person answers both.
Note for OEG: before publishing, add your registered company name, registered address and, if you have one, your data-protection contact. Confirm the retention periods above match what you actually do, and name your processors explicitly if you want to be maximally transparent.
